We would also like to extend a thank you to the residence of Heighington for their continued support and patience on the day of the event. Thank you to all visitors who came along to support the event. Your enthusiasm and festive spirit truly brought the Market to life. Without the people who turn up year after year - shopping, enjoying the entertainment, supporting local traders, and joining in the celebrations - there simply wouldn't be an event to enjoy. Your presence is what makes all the hard work worthwhile, and we are deeply grateful for your continued support.
A thank you must also be extended to the Christmas Market Committee who work tirelessly not only on Market Day but throughout the year. Dealing with the complexities of putting on such a large event requires dedication commitment and many hours of hard work. The committee give their time freely for the benefit of the local community and without them the event would not take place.
The Committee would warmly welcome anyone in the community who can spare some time to volunteer and join us going forward. The more people involved, the lighter the load and the
easier it is to make the event a success.
If you would like to be involved next year, please get in touch or complete our Volunteer Application Form. or email: heighingtonchristmasmarket@gmail.com
