Process of Application:

Complete and submit your Trader Application Form.
If there is a problem with your application we will contact you to resolve the issue.
If you receive our Successful Application message then your application has reached us.
We will process your application - Our processing time is around four weeks.
Trader selection is guided by our Trader Selection Criteria.
If your application is successful, we will email you with payment information.
Please note that our banking details have changed and you must use the new payment link provided.
Once we receive your payment, your application will be confirmed.
Your risk assessment and questionnaire will be sent nearer the time and must be completed. Insurance, proof of EH rating and any other required paperwork/certification will also be requested at a later date and must be provided to secure your place at the market.
In November you will receive your Arrival Pack, which includes your stall pitch position.

A table is provided for you.
Tables measure 1m in width and 2m in length.

Outdoor Stalls – £65
Outdoor Stalls – £65
Outdoor stalls are traditional market-style stalls with a metal frame and an integral 3m x 1m ‘table’.
These stalls are covered with striped canopies.
They have festoon lighting but no additional power facilities.
You are welcome to bring battery-operated lighting, it all adds to the festive ambiance!
The stalls are connected in groups of 6 or 12 and are open-sided to one another.

Pitch only spaces require you to bring your own gazebo and table.
The gazebo should be no larger than 3m x 3m.
NOTE: if your gazebo is larger, you need 2 pitches etc and provide measurements in the additional comments section.
Please be aware this will be on hard standing and you will require sand bags or similar to anchor your stall down.
No power is available to these stalls – if you need to be able to use your own generator please contact us as these spaces are limited due to noise.

Rather than paying a stall fee, we ask that caterers give a percentage of their total takings on the day.
Please note, this is 15% of takings NOT profit.
You are welcome to pay by cash on the day, via Paypal - a link will be provided by 15.01.25 at the very latest.

These places are very limited.
Please complete the Trader Application Form and use the special requirements section to add information not already supplied on the Traders Application Form.
Double pitches may be available but you will be charged double.
